Congratulations to Rick Bar, Tom Bellanca and Mike Cox in their election as newly seated members of the Board of Directors at last night’s Lenah Run Annual HOA meeting. There were two, three year terms, which are being filled by Tom and Rick; and there was one, two year term which will be filled by Mike. Joe Becek will continue to serve the community as Treasurer. Charles Westberg has served the community well as a board member this past year and will continue as one of our Loudoun Water Resident Committee representatives, helping to understand and ensure that Lenah Run is treated equitably in decisions regarding community well water systems.
Thanks to all that attended and sent in their votes or proxies as your participation provided for the required quorum of 10% of the total households to hold the election.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be Thursday, November 19, at 7:30 PM in the upstairs banquet room of the Arcola Volunteer Firehouse. All are welcome.

The annual Lenah Run HOA meeting will be held this Thursday, October 15, at the Arcola Volunteer Firehouse on Gum Spring Rd. in the banquet room upstairs starting at 7:30 PM. This is a very important meeting for the community as a whole, as elections to vacant Board positions will be voted on by the residents. It is of utmost importance that you attend to cast your household vote; or if not able to attend, have either mailed in your vote, proxy, or have given your proxy to a neighbor or friend who will be attending. A quorum of 10% must be achieved to meet minimum requirements to hold the election, so every vote counts. Additionally, a planned budget for the new year will be provided to all for your review and input at the meeting for the Board’s consideration in constructing the final budget to be voted on at the November BoD meeting. Additional resident community concerns/issues and input will be part of the program to help the Board in working issues that are deemed beneficial to the community as a whole. We look forward to your attendance and participation and thank you for your support this past year.
