 10/21/2007 New Board Members Congrats to Al Artz and Roger Nowakowski! Both Al and Roger were elected to the Lenah Run HOA at the Annual Meeting. Roger is a former Marine who is VP for TNSI. Al works for IBM and has been our Infrastructure Cmtte Chair since 2006. We had three candidates run for the two positions. 10/20/2007 Gum Spring LibraryDear neighbors, Referendum #6 on the ballot this year will allocate $7.13M to complete the interior build out of the Gum Spring Library. The 40,000 sq ft library will add 150,000 items to the Loudoun County library collection that will be available to anyone at any of our branches. It will provide meeting rooms, a children's area, teen space, and all the wonderful library programs you've come to love at our other branches. The Gum Spring Library will bring much needed resources to adults, children, and businesses in the Dulles South area and relieve the demand at our busiest Ashburn branch.
10/19/2007 Lenah Run Service Station Update The Volvo Rentals property is scheduled to go before Zoning Commission on 10/25 at 7:30 in the BOS Room. The county has raised several concerns about the business including the buffering between Volvo Rentals and Lenah Run. George Pickering and Karen Goodwin will attend. Lenah Run Property Owners are welcome to attend. |
